Maintenance Technology Engineer

We are looking for a "Maintenance Technology Engineer" to join our Team at Kemerburgaz Facility!

If you have;

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance processes,
• Proficieny in English,
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
• · Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems,
• Will be able to perform organizational tasks such as tracking spare parts, making connections with suppliers and units within the company,
• Ability to prioritize multiple business tasks,
• Successful in providing information and collecting information,
• Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Class B driver's license

You will be responsible;

· To ensure that routine maintenance work is carried out and that equipment errors are repaired in a timely and rapid manner, to diagnose fault sources, to install new parts and to make sure that the equipment is working correctly,

· Keeping maintenance reports and recording all repair work carried out on the machines on BEAM,

· Developing existing machines, planning transformation with supplier companies to increase business efficiency

· To ensure that the stops (breakdown, periodic, protective and preventive maintenance) are planned effectively and to make improvement activities to decrease the stops,

· To direct the maintenance team about the source of the problem, to be a guide, to plan, give and request trainings when necessary,

· To make technical documentation of the materials to be purchased, to select the appropriate product, to control their costs,

· To train new operators in their related fields,

· To report the performance indicators (KPI) of the team and to carry out activities to improve them,

· To follow the energy management, to determine the savings points, to examine the current consumption and to evaluate the newly commissioned systems from this perspective

· To ensure continuous and safe operation of auxiliary facilities (Chiller, Compressor, Steam Boiler, Hot Oil Boiler ..)

· To complete periodic inspections (Fire Extinguishing System, Pressure Vessels, Cranes) on time and to prepare reports completely

· To design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods,
