Maintenance Trainee

Key Responsibilities

General Support

• Assist technicians with day-to-day maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Help in minor repairs such as tightening screws, changing bulbs, replacing fixtures, and simple carpentry tasks.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment required for maintenance work.

Electrical Assistance

• Support during routine checks of lights, switches, and sockets.
• Observe and learn basic troubleshooting under supervision.

Plumbing Assistance

• Assist in repairs of faucets, flush systems, and water leaks.
• Help maintain water supply lines and drainage systems.

HVAC / Mechanical Support

• Assist in cleaning filters, vents, and AC grills.
• Support senior technicians during preventive maintenance.

Documentation & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of workshop, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE during work.
• Report any issues immediately to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
