Maintenance Training & Examination Specialist

We are looking for a Maintenance Training and Examination Specialist and a good team member who will work in SunExpress Antalya Apron.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance or Aviation Electrical and Electronics
• Preferably Holding an Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) or currently in the process of obtaining one is required.
• Prefarably Experience or willingness to become an Aircraft Maintenance Trainer.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must be able to communicate effectively with international teams, trainers, and regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part-147, SHT-147, SHT-66) is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prefarably experience in training planning, content development, and implementation.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training-related events.
• Competency in creating and delivering technical training materials.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and implement aircraft maintenance training programs.
• Develop training materials and prepare technical documentation.
• Conduct both practical and theoretical training sessions if necessary.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update training content accordingly.
• Contribute to the competency development of technical teams.
