Maintenance Training Specialist

We are looking for a Maintenance Training Specialist and a good team member who will work in SunExpress Antalya Apron.

Qualifications :

• Having at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in aviation or education.

• Having at least 3 years of experience in the Aviation Maintenance Training, preferably at SHT/Part-147 Maintenance Training Organization.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

• Being creative, innovative, and having problem-solving skills.

• Having knowledge of regulations, directives, and standards in the aviation industry.

Job Description:

• Assisting Maintenance Training and Examination Manager for the daily workload,

• Assisting Maintenance Training and Examination Manager for the training plan,

• Assisting the Maintenance Training and Examination Manager and performing duties that are requested by him/her as defined in MTOE and Procedures,

• Ensuring the creation of the necessary forms and procedures for the training organization

• Following the regulations and integrating them into organizational procedures.

• Participate in SHT/Part-147 audits and closure of findings.
