Job Overview:
Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Turnover to join our senior cooperative team at 7500 York in Edina, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor, for maintenance and updates in turnover units.
This maintenance schedule includes;

80 hours every two weeks

Full time; Day shift

No weekends
Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance duties
-
Understands the process and timelines for refurbishing units in turnover.

Performs routine inspections, makes repairs, and documents on the vacancy of a unit.

Schedules and perform assigned work order requests for turnover units within a timely manner.

Prepares turnover units by removing walls, cabinets, countertops and gutting closets as directed by the Refurbishing Coordinator, and when approved, as necessary, by the Board of Directors.

Assists in coordinating projects and/or repairs to be done by outside contractors. Sees that the projects are done in a timely manner.

Monitors that professional contractors are performing their contracted services.

Performs general repairs

Moves and installs appliances.

Repairs damaged tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, and locks, etc.
Required Qualifications:

1 year related experience
-
basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational School HVAC or related field
-
3 years related experience
Qualifications:
$22.51- $31.78 Hourly
