We are looking for the Maintenance & Utilities Executive who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) from a reputable university
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in maintenance, utilities, and facility management
• Proven knowledge of machine and equipment usage and maintenance, PLC and automation systems
• Strong skills in breakdown detection, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance planning
• Experience in machinery layout, commissioning, and electrical infrastructure setup
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP (PM & MM modules)
• Excellent command of English
• Preferably holding Energy Manager Certificate and High Voltage Operation Responsibility

What will you be doing as the Maintenance & Utilities Executive at Adel?

• Ensure the efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of all utility systems (steam, water, ventilation, electricity, and mechanical installations) in the factory
• Plan and execute maintenance, repair, and installation activities for machines, equipment, and facilities, including buildings, roofs, sewage systems, rainwater channels, and pools
• Organize urgent repair works in case of breakdowns, analyze maintenance records, identify root causes, and minimize production losses through preventive actions
• Lead process improvement and technical R&D collaborations; participate in purchasing processes for new machinery and equipment
• Support production units with efficiency and optimization projects; oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of equipment in new projects
• Monitor and apply TPM and 5S maintenance processes
• Ensure compliance with all legal permits, licenses, and safety inspections (e.g., elevators, pressure vessels, boilers) and follow up on corrective actions
• Conduct cost analysis and budget planning for the department, ensuring optimal use of resources (human, time, financial)
• Maintain supplier lists, evaluate suppliers periodically, and manage outsourced maintenance contracts
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001 standards; contribute to environmental protection, occupational safety, and high-performance culture practices
• Prepare and report departmental performance metrics, participate in risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
