The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to lead our mechanical and electrical maintenance teams in a high performance chemical manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant assets, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
10+ years of proven maintenance leadership experience, preferably in chemical or process industries.
Strong expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, and TPM methodologies.
Fluent in English, with strong computer skills (MS Office).
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Based in Istanbul (Anatolian Side) or İzmit.
(For male candidates) Preferably completed military service.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team to deliver outstanding safety, quality, and reliability results.
Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and third-party service providers effectively.
Support capital investment projects, including equipment commissioning and start-up phases.
Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), empowering teams with training and coaching in autonomous maintenance.
Ensure all maintenance activities (internal and contractor) comply with GMP, ATEX, HAZOP, and Process Safety Management (PSM) standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and EHS to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
Drive a culture of reliability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across the plant.
