We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Utility Manager to oversee equipment maintenance, plant utilities, and ensure uninterrupted operations. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency, safety, and reliability across production facilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance Management

• Implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs
• Allocate tasks and supervise maintenance teams
• Reduce downtime through timely inspections & repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain maintenance records via CMMS

2. Utility Systems Management

• Manage operation & upkeep of:
• Electrical distribution
• Boilers & steam systems
• HVAC
• Water treatment systems
• Compressed air systems
• Refrigeration & cooling
• Monitor utility consumption and improve energy efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations

3. Safety & Compliance

• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to ISO, OSHA & statutory norms
• Drive workplace safety programs

4. Budget & Resource Control

• Manage maintenance & utility budgets effectively
• Handle spare parts inventory and vendor contracts
• Negotiate with utility and equipment suppliers

5. Team Leadership

• Train and mentor maintenance & utility teams
• Foster a safety-first and accountability-driven culture
• Collaborate with production, quality & engineering departments

6. Continuous Improvement

• Lead energy-saving initiatives (solar, efficient motors, etc.)
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma practices
• Drive sustainability projects (water recycling, renewable energy)
