Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, painting, sheetrock, plumbing knowledge, electrical experience, and carpentry work. Must be dependable and task oriented and the ability to work independently or part of a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various rental properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing.
• Oversee residential painting projects to ensure quality finishes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to quality work.
