Job description- Maintenance

Title: 1 Maintenance guy for Mobile Home Park

Maintenance Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout the property. (such as service, clean, and supply)
• Remove all excess waste, and replace plastic liners.
• Gather and empty trash in common areas and around the Mobile Home Park
• Assist personnel when needed (including but not limited to Office staff, Plumber, Gardener, etc)
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Read resident Meters and log
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Ability to use a power wash machine
• Ability to use basic gardeners and handyman tools
• Ability to start within a week of Interview

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in Maintenance work is a plus.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Great listening and communication skills
• Time Management Skills

Job Type:Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 AM - 5PM
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santa Ana, CA 92704: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to pass drug test

Work Location: One location. May require to float between sister parks as needed all within 10 min or less of each other.
