Maintenance Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at the Prince William Forest RV Campground. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full time position starting at $13.50/hr for all hours worked, avg of 30-40hrs/week.

Duties:
-Landscaping - leaves/grass removal

-Trash collection from bins/micro-trashing throughout the park

-Bathroom cleaning/upkeep

-Maintaining RV sites (cleaning fire pits, keeping sites clear for arriving RVs)

-Propane (LP) refills

-Other projects may include painting, minor carpentry, and small tree/debris removal.

Requirements:
-Tool proficiency (basic) - weed eaters/lawn mower/etc

-Valid drivers license to operate Kubota ATV/tractor as needed.

-Some minor electrical/plumbing knowledge preferred, but not required. Can learn in the field

-Clear communication skills on a radio.

-Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
