Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team. Position could be made to full time if working in another area such as houseman is desired. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance, general pool care and general building upkeep and landscaping. Your efforts will help create a safe, attractive, and functional environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors and indoors, utilizing your diverse skill set to maintain the integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance task (plumbing, drywall, paint, minor electrical like light replacement.
Preventive maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
Basic pool care: testing, cleaning skimmer baskets, vacuuming.
Landscape and parking lot helping to maintain appearance.
Assist in maintaining records for brand inspection.
Assist with general building maintenance including repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all facilities are in good working order.
