Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH, for a Maintenance Worker. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting equipment inspections, repairing and maintaining facilities, and performing preventive maintenance. The role also includes addressing basic carpentry, plumbing, and equipment concerns as needed to ensure properties remain functional and well-maintained.

Compensation

• Starting rate is at $30/hour

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and routine Preventive Maintenance
• Experience with Power Tools and basic Carpentry work
• Knowledge of general Plumbing tasks and repair
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related role is a plus
• Must have a valid license & reliable transportation.
