Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators for landscaping projects and construction tasks
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent issues
• Execute snow removal during winter months to keep pathways and parking areas accessible and safe
• Assist with hardscape projects including paving, fencing, and other outdoor installations
• Support tree care initiatives by trimming, pruning, or removing trees as needed to promote safety and growth

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing techniques, and horticulture principles
• Ability to perform construction-related tasks including hardscape installation and general building maintenance
• Familiarity with tree care practices like trimming and pruning for health and safety reasons
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges
