Maintenance Worker - General

The Maintenance Worker – General supports the maintenance department in the upkeep, repair, and improvement of Lake Hauto Club facilities, infrastructure, and common property.

This role involves a wide range of physical and technical tasks including grounds maintenance, minor construction, equipment operation, seasonal operations, and facility repairs. Work may involve skills such as excavation, concreting, carpentry, painting, welding, rigging, landscaping, and light road maintenance.

Employees must be able to perform duties in all weather conditions and maintain the community’s facilities in a safe, functional, and attractive condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
