Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Holley by the Sea is searching to hire a Full-Time Maintenance (Grounds Keeper)

Responsible for completing maintenance requests and following up on the completion of work orders. Will be the primary contact for repairs, upkeep, and property aesthetics including grounds keeping, beautification projects, and preventative maintenance. Will be expected to perform or have a willingness to learn and execute projects not limited in scope to build, construct, paint, fabricate, demolition services, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Open availability is required to include some weekends and holidays that may be on call.

- Reliable Transportation.

- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
