major sponsors, shaping impactful narratives and ensuring visibility across all

Role Description

The Major Account Executive will act as the main link between clients and the agency, ensuring projects are executed with precision, creativity, and measurable impact. This role requires a professional with proven agency-side experience, capable of tracking client requests, managing multiple deadlines, and coordinating seamlessly across creative, media, and production teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to navigate both public and private sector clients, manage relationships with major sponsors, and collaborate effectively with local and regional media outlets. She will be expected to anticipate client needs, propose proactive solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns that strengthen both client trust and the agency's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and flawless campaign execution
  • Track, prioritize, and manage client requests, briefs, and project requirements with accuracy and speed
  • Coordinate across creative, media, production, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within scope
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with government entities, private sector clients, media outlets, and large sponsors
  • Oversee media planning, PR coverage, event activations, and cross channel marketing campaigns
  • Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities, and present strategic, results driven solutions that add value
  • Prepare and deliver professional reports, campaign evaluations, and high quality presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned with local culture, market dynamics, and client expectations
Qualifications
  • Agency experience is a must (PR, Media, or Advertising) with a proven record of managing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of the local culture, media landscape, and business environment
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with government entities, private sector clients, media outlets, and large sponsors
  • Hands on experience in requirements gathering, media coordination, marketing campaigns, and sponsorship management
  • Excellent client servicing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to track and prioritize multiple client requests
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required); Master's degree is a plus
