We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of retail expansion inside shopping malls (City Centre, community malls, and other commercial malls in the UAE). The candidate will be responsible for identifying new mall locations, negotiating with mall management, and expanding retail branches for multiple trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for opening retail outlets inside malls and commercial centers

· Liaise with mall management, leasing departments, and developers (e.g., City Centre, community malls, lifestyle malls)

· Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and commercial conditions

· Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis

· Coordinate with internal departments for store setup, approvals, and launch timelines

· Ensure compliance with mall regulations, municipality rules, and trade license requirements

· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and expansion reports

· Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and retail partners

· Monitor store performance and suggest growth strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

· Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in business development within retail, mall leasing, or commercial expansion

· Strong knowledge of UAE retail market and mall operations

· Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business reporting tools

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

· Good understanding of retail regulations, tenancy contracts, and compliance requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Experience dealing directly with shopping malls and retail developers

· Strong network within UAE retail and mall leasing sector
