What you will be doing
- Establish strong and long-term business relationships with key account customers by promoting Ricoh products and services and managing sales processes, - Conduct activities aimed at acquiring new customers to expand the customer portfolio, - Collect feedback on product and service performance from existing customers, evaluate sales opportunities, and increase market penetration, - Manage customer quotation processes in accordance with Ricoh Turkey Sales Procedures and ensure the complete execution of the sales process, - Prepare Pipeline and Forecast reports periodically and present them to management, - Record all individual sales activities accurately and regularly in the CRM system, - Share information about completed sales with the Sales Support Unit and monitor product installation processes, - Provide support to the Collection Unit during post-sales collection processes.
You will ideally have
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, - At least 3 years of experience in sales, - Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency, - Strong analytical thinking skills, - Excellent communication skills, - Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively, - Able to drive actively and holding a valid Class B driver's license.
