For the L’Oréal Luxe division, we are currently looking for a senior Makeup Artist for YSL. This strategically vital role is based in İstanbul, Türkiye. Your mission is to drive omni-channel business development (in-store and online) by providing expert makeup services and personalized consultations, building strong client relationships, and embodying the brand’s image and values. You will also be a partner in building advocacy and working closely with the A&I team.

Must Haves…

• Minimum of 3 years Retail experience
• Good level of English
• High-Level Makeup Artistry Skills: Proven expertise in makeup application, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
• Social media & Content Savvy: A deep understanding of social media platforms and content creation, with a knack for crafting engaging and shareable content.
• Freelance & Retail Experience: Prior experience working as a (freelance) makeup artist and within a beauty retail environment, demonstrating your adaptability and understanding of the consumer landscape.
• Coaching Skills: Elevate the makeup artistry skills of beauty advisors in retail stores, inspiring them to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
• Exceptional Communication & Relationship Building Skills: Ability to connect with individuals at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
• Driving Retail Performance:
• Contribute to driving Retail Performance in Turkey, flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business.
• We would love your animating magic to be spread across the country, therefore we would need you to be comfortable with travelling.
• Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to approach in identifying opportunities.
