Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth for a cosmetic/makeup product line through channel development, team management, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and train sales representatives/beauty advisors.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, and retail merchandising.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in beauty/cosmetics sales.
  • Knowledge of makeup products, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with retail chains, distributors, or e-commerce preferred.
