Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth for a cosmetic/makeup product line through channel development, team management, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and train sales representatives/beauty advisors.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, and retail merchandising.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in beauty/cosmetics sales.
- Knowledge of makeup products, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with retail chains, distributors, or e-commerce preferred.
