Black Swan Beauty is growing rapidly, and we are looking to expand our bridal team!

Black Swan Beauty is owned by published hair and makeup artist, Veronica Rogers. We specialize in formal event makeup (weddings and photoshoots) and primarily service the central Indiana area. We travel on-site and specialize in all things glamorous! We service an average of 200 weddings a year.

Black Swan Beauty goes beyond the standard scope of service -- we work to build confidence, happiness, and meaningful relationships with our clients. We thrive on kindness and compassion to be at the forefront of every client interaction and provide a stable environment for artists to grow their skills while creating additional revenue.

We are looking for a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician to perform makeup applications for our team! We provide luxury makeup services to meet the needs of a diverse clientele range.

This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to step into the special event field or a seasoned special event beauty provider. Our special events are primarily booked on Saturdays, though Friday and Sunday weddings are not uncommon, so our hours fall almost exclusively on the weekends. We offer continuing education, paid training, competitive wages, as well as bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences for makeup applications.
• Apply makeup using advanced techniques while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Utilize color theory to enhance clients' features and achieve desired looks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
• Communicate effectively with clients to offer personalized recommendations and upsell additional services.
• Stay updated on current makeup trends and techniques to provide the best service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour
