Pay: $16–$18 per hour OR 40%–50% commission
(Nevada Esthetician or Cosmetology License Required)

Job Summary

Cherry Lash is hiring Experienced Master Lash Artists for our Las Vegas and Henderson locations.

We are a luxury lash studio with 14+ years in the industry, known for precision technique, elevated guest service, and strong operational systems. We provide the clients, marketing, and supplies — you focus on delivering exceptional work.

This position is for experienced artists only. Speed, consistency, and professionalism are required.

Performance Requirements

• Must be able to complete fills in 1 hour
• Must be able to complete full sets in 2 hours
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Must hold an active Nevada Esthetician or Cosmetology license

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lash extension services
• Maintain service timing standards
• Deliver elevated guest experience and consultations
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Support lounge flow in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold Cherry Lash service and professionalism standards

Compensation Structure

We offer two compensation pathways after training:

Hourly Option:
$16–$18 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Commission Option:
Full-Time Artists: 43%–50% commission
Part-Time Artists: 40%–48% commission

Commission tiers increase based on performance, retention, and consistency.
