1. Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand tone, marketing goals, and target audience.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience insights to create relevant and engaging material.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.
2. Content Creation
- Create high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, and campaigns — including reels, posts, captions, articles, and ad copies.
- Write, edit, and proofread content ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
- Produce and assist in photo/video shoots, ensuring all creative assets meet the brand’s visual standards.
3. Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and trends to grow community interaction.
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on analytics (reach, engagement, conversions).
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce cohesive brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, memes, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relatable.
5. Optimization & Reporting
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to increase visibility and engagement.
- Analyze post performance and prepare monthly content reports.
- Adjust strategy based on performance insights and new trends.
