Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Barber Reliever / Receptionist to support our barbershop operations in Dubai. The role involves covering barber duties on staff day-offs and managing the reception desk every Sunday (full day). The ideal candidate must be flexible, customer-focused, and able to maintain high grooming and service standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesBarber Reliever Duties (Staff Day-Off Coverage)

• Perform professional haircuts, beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services.
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards as per UAE health regulations.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Promote and upsell grooming products and additional services.

Receptionist Duties (Every Sunday – Full Day Reception Coverage)

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-in clients.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media bookings.
• Process payments (cash, card, POS system).
• Maintain daily sales records and basic reporting.
• Keep reception and waiting area organized and presentable.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of barbering experience.
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Flexible to cover shifts as required.
• Currently based in UAE (preferred).

Working Schedule

• Barber coverage: As per staff day-off schedule.
• Reception duty: Every Sunday (full day).
