Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Expert at Rank Drill, you will play a key role in ensuring that all company and client data is entered, organized, and maintained accurately. The ideal candidate has excellent typing speed, strong organizational skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into company databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review, verify, and correct data as needed.
• Manage large volumes of information and maintain confidentiality.
• Generate reports and assist in analyzing data when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent data quality.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in data entry, admin, or digital work (preferred but not required).
• Excellent typing speed (40+ wpm) and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online data tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily or weekly deadlines.
