Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist Female/ Male with experience in the paints and coatings industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, a valid Qatar driving license, and their own car. This role involves driving sales growth, executing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth for SPC's paint and coating products.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote SPC’s products, including digital marketing, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiation: Close sales deals that meet or exceed targets, negotiating terms that align with company goals.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Reporting: Generate regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Must have prior experience in the paints and coatings industry.
• Driving License: Valid Qatar driving license is required.
• Own Car: Must have your own car.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impactful marketing content.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Marketing Expertise: Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, particularly in the paints and coatings sector.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.
