Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge procedures.
  • Manage appointments — schedule, confirm, and update as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate hospital departments or staff.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
  • Provide information about hospital services, visiting hours, and procedures.
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and issue receipts when required.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow and communication.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
