Job Overview

Parkridge Murree is seeking a professional, well-presented, and confident Male Hotel Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while ensuring a warm, efficient, and high-quality guest experience.

Candidates must be willing to live on the project. Murree residential candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests courteously and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and room allocations efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic email communication.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for guest needs.
  • Maintain guest records, booking registers, and front desk documentation.
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic cash handling when required.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the reception area.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and confidentiality policies at all times.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Hotel Management Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service executive.
  • Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to reside on-site; Murree residents will be given preference.

  • Professional appearance with a guest-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel booking systems, WhatsApp handling).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
