Job Description

  • Respond to support requests through phone, email, or the ticketing system and ensure resolution within the defined SLA.
  • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for spare parts management and required follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support (CSR experience is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of hardware components.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in global IT support or logistics will be considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
