Job Title: Customer Service & Order Processing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Executive to join our team. This role involves handling customer interactions, managing order processing from start to finish, and ensuring smooth delivery. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and ensure all details are recorded correctly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track orders and keep customers updated throughout the process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to orders and customer interactions.
  • Support overall customer experience improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or order processing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Team player with a positive and customer-centric approach.
