Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: On-site

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in designing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across channels like GADs, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other programmatic platforms. This role is key to driving high-quality traffic, user acquisition, and ROI-positive growth for our digital products or services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to craft data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital ad networks.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize for key KPIs including CPI, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Perform audience research, define targeting strategies, and experiment with creatives and placements.
  • Work with the creative team to develop and iterate on ad creatives (static, video, copy).
  • Conduct A/B testing across campaigns and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with analytics team or use dashboards (GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.) to derive insights.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets, ensuring maximum performance within allocated spend.
  • Stay informed of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing / digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns with clear, measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution models (CPC, CPM, CPI, ROAS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads
  • (Optional) LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Snap, programmatic DSPs
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus
  • Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience in subscription-based or freemium models.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps, eCommerce, SaaS, or digital services
  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience working with designers, video editors, or creative teams.
