Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness for the fintech platform. The role combines digital marketing expertise (social media, performance campaigns, SEO/SEM, email) with offline marketing experience (events, activations, partnerships) in the Pakistani market.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in managing multi-channel campaigns that are compliant with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), search engines, and display networks.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive app downloads, registrations, and active user engagement.
- Oversee email marketing, push notifications, and in-app campaigns for user retention.
- Conduct SEO/SEM audits and implement strategies to improve search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors for marketing assets.
Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute on-ground campaigns (merchant activations, branch promotions, roadshows, workshops, financial literacy campaigns).
- Coordinate partnerships with retailers, merchants, and educational institutions for brand promotion and user acquisition.
- Manage print, outdoor, and POSM advertising campaigns for offline visibility.
- Track offline campaign effectiveness and integrate learnings into online campaigns.
Brand Management & Strategy
- Develop brand positioning and messaging consistent with fintech regulations and local market trends.
- Oversee marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities and market trends in Pakistan.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with SBP, SECP, and other regulatory guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across channels using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Tableau, etc.).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports with actionable insights for management.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.
Budget Management
- Plan and track marketing budget for both online and offline campaigns.
- Ensure cost-efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Skills:
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEM, SEO, social media, performance marketing).
- Experience in offline marketing, events, and activations.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and report KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Urdu.
- Knowledge of fintech regulations, SBP guidelines, and financial products in Pakistan.
- Leadership and team management experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
