- Lead the planning and execution of content strategies.
- Develop content frameworks, messaging guidelines, and brand storytelling direction
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and campaign timelines
- Analyze audience insights to create high-impact content plans
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to produce cohesive content
- Review, edit, and optimize content for clarity, tone, SEO, and performance
- Identify content gaps and propose innovative ideas to maximize engagement
- Manage and mentor content creators, writers, and freelancers
- Monitor content performance data and adjust strategies to improve results
- Ensure all content maintains consistency, brand voice, and strategic objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial planning
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand messaging, and audience insights
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with SEO best practices and content analytics tools
- Ability to lead content ideation, planning, and execution independently
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
