We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms, creating content, and driving engagement. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction across various social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to align with brand goals, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create, edit, and post high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on all social media platforms, building relationships with the online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of social campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms, maintaining the brand voice, tone, and values.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience managing social media accounts and developing strategies for brands.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and adaptable with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus.
