Job Title: Senior VOD Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior VOD Executive to lead and optimize our YouTube content operations. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end video management, ensure platform compliance, drive content performance through advanced optimization strategies, and guide junior team members when required. Your expertise will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence and maximizing audience reach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the upload, scheduling, and management of all YouTube content.

· Ensure all videos strictly comply with copyright regulations and YouTube platform policies.

· Lead advanced optimization of metadata, thumbnails, tags, and SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.

· Monitor content performance through YouTube Analytics and provide actionable insights.

· Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, marketing) for smooth content workflows.

· Support and mentor junior VOD staff as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in YouTube channel management or VOD operations.

· Strong understanding of YouTube policies, copyright, monetization rules, and analytics.

· Proven experience in optimizing YouTube content for growth and audience retention.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

· Basic to intermediate video editing proficiency.

· Knowledge of digital content strategy and trends.
