Summary: We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to assist in planning and executing online marketing strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Applicants must be residents of these cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving conversions for Website Designing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing services.
• Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to guide campaign strategy.
• Publish, schedule, and optimize posts on all social platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Analyze social performance using platform insights and analytics tools
• Support social media campaigns from planning to execution
• Monitor digital trends and propose creative ideas
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising policies, platform changes, trends, and tools to ensure compliance and maintain campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to align ad strategies with broader business goals and customer journeys.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience using planning tools (Notion, Trello, Google Sheets)
• Ability to collaborate with design/video teams
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools

Preferred Skills

• Basic photo or video editing
• Experience with email marketing or website CMS
• Understanding of digital audiences in the UK and Pakistan
• Customer service experience through social platforms
