Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern – Sales Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team at Rex D. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, along with exposure to hiring strategies, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls
- Assist in interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in interviews alongside senior recruiters to gain practical exposure
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Support ongoing hiring campaigns and bulk recruitment drives for sales roles
- Ensure professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in HR or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, organized, and detail-oriented
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools is a plus
