Male Nurse

Job Overview

Bilfinger is seeking a qualified Male Nurse to support occupational health services at project sites in Kuwait. The role focuses on providing first aid, emergency medical care, and health support to employees, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance at site/workshop/camp
• Monitor and record daily health conditions of employees
• Respond to workplace injuries and medical emergencies promptly
• Maintain medical records, incident reports, and treatment logs
• Support pre-employment, periodic, and fitness-to-work medical checks
• Ensure availability and maintenance of first-aid kits and medical supplies
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services when required
• Assist HSE team in health awareness programs and medical drills
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Ministry of Health & company HSE policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid Nursing License (Kuwait MOH license preferred or eligible)
• 2–5 years experience as a nurse, preferably in industrial / construction / oil & gas sites
• Knowledge of occupational health, first aid, and emergency response

Skills & Competencies

• Strong first aid & emergency handling skills
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently at site
• Clear communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
• Physically fit to work in site conditions
