Male nurse

Role Overview

The Male Nurse will be responsible for providing first aid, basic medical care, and occupational health support to employees at the industrial site. The role focuses on workplace health, safety compliance, emergency response, and coordination with medical providers.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedical & First Aid Care

• Provide first aid and basic nursing care for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Respond to medical emergencies and stabilize patients until further treatment
• Maintain medical records and daily health logs

Occupational Health & Safety

• Monitor employee health and fitness for duty
• Support implementation of workplace health and safety policies
• Assist in health screenings, medical check-ups, and fitness assessments

Clinic & Medical Supplies Management

• Maintain site clinic cleanliness and readiness
• Manage medical stock, first-aid kits, and medicines
• Ensure proper storage and usage of medical supplies

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare incident and medical reports
• Coordinate with site management, HSE team, and external clinics/hospitals
• Support accident investigations from a medical perspective

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
• Valid nursing license (local or eligible for transfer, if applicable)
• Experience in industrial, occupational health, or site nursing preferred
• Knowledge of basic emergency care and workplace health standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO350.000 - RO450.000 per month
