- GNM Or B.sc Nursing Must
- Functions as a responsible member of the local management for providing occupational health services to site employees and implementing HSE key requirements.
- Comply Statutory requirements- Update & maintain legal medical forms like form 32,33,22..
- Medical record keeping to comply statutory and institutional guidelines & report to medical officer .
- Conduct Medical Surveillance program for all employees
- Handling OHC in shift duties and provide immediate Emergency medical care services for occupational illness/injuries of employees also for personal illness of employee during work.
- As per schedule regularly check & maintain First Aid box, Eye wash bottle in the plant / Department.
- Conduct annual and periodical medical check-up of all employees as laid under statutory norms
- Ensure timely and 24-hours emergency and first-aid services.
- Support Industrial Hygiene monitoring to enforce compliance with applicable legal HSE requirements
- Conduct Occupational Health & Safety Risk Analysis (OHSRA), & HIRA.
- Participate in Mock drill, Promotional activities,
- To advise purchasing and stores departments in ensuring high quality and availability of emergency medical equipment.
- Update SOPs, ISO-9001, 14001 & 45001, RC documentation. Prepare Monthly OHC reports and presentations.
- To maintain the housekeeping at department and regular checks of OHC equipment’s available in OHC & Ambulance & ensure its working condition & calibration.
