We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relationship Executive with prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers. This is a primarily phone-based role aimed at delivering a smooth, supportive, and efficient experience for patients—from appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have a background in telesales, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on visits, and collect patient feedback.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries about services, doctors’ availability, procedures, and clinic policies.
- Provide clear, accurate information about treatments, diagnostic services, and medical specialties.
- Maintain and update patient records and call logs using clinic or hospital management software.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline patient scheduling and ensure timely care.
- Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and medical reports via phone, SMS, or email.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service—preferably in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or diagnostics).
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous, empathetic, and patient-first approach.
- Efficiency: Able to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- Work Experience: 2+ years in healthcare telesales or patient support
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (day or rotational, based on operational needs)
