Male Receptionist

Doha, Qatar

Job Summary:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including keeping the reception area clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Qualifications Required:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a related role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office

management software.

3. Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service ski lls.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).

4. Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
