Job Summary:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Respond to general inquiries from clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a related role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office
management software.

- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
