Rexon Interiors & Landscaping is seeking dynamic and result-driven Male Sales Executives to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of landscaping solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, client visits, and networking.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable in landscaping solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client relationship database.
  • Coordinate with the design, project, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, landscaping or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and be willing to travel for client meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
