Male Sales Manager - Real Estate

Job Title: Male Sales Manager – Real Estate (Plots & Farmland)

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager- Male with strong experience in plots and farmland sales to drive revenue, lead client engagements, and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through digital, field, and referral channels
• Conduct client meetings and site visits for plotted/farmland projects
• Manage end-to-end sales — from inquiry to deal closure
• Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Stay updated on market trends

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of real estate sales experience (plots/farmland preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills
