Position Overview
The Security Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. This role combines front-desk reception duties with essential security responsibilities, requiring professionalism and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Verify visitor identity, issue access badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Security & Access Control
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control panels.
- Enforce security protocols for entry and exit of personnel and vehicles.
- Conduct routine security checks of the lobby and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain daily activity reports, incident logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with building management, security teams, and emergency services when required.
