Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily activities, ensuring projects are completed according to plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Personnel Management: Supervise, instruct, and motivate site workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks and ensuring they have the necessary resources.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, identify and manage hazards, and ensure all personnel use appropriate safety gear.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and is executed correctly and in compliance with blueprints and specifications.
• Material & Equipment Management: Organize the ordering, delivery, and storage of building materials, and ensure equipment maintenance is scheduled as needed.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of site progress, work completed, employee attendance, material usage, and incident reports.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management.
