About the Role:
We are looking for a Male professional, trustworthy, and experienced Butler / Villa Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our luxury villas in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate loyalty, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills, managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the comfort of the family and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide discreet, personalized service to the family and guests.
• Supervise meal service and ensure flawless presentation and timing.
• Manage and train household staff, including maids, kitchen staff, gardeners, and drivers.
• Maintain villa ambiance with décor, flowers, candles, and lighting.
• Oversee household operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and inventories.
• Manage family wardrobe, laundry, and travel arrangements.
• Plan and coordinate family events, dinners, and celebrations.
• Ensure cultural traditions, hospitality standards, and privacy are respected at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE luxury households or hospitality.
• Proven experience as a Butler, Villa Manager, or Estate Manager.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and integrity.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Familiarity with festival/event preparations and VIP service.
