Male Waiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Male Waiter to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about specials or ingredients).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process bills, accept payments, and handle POS systems.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitstaff is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality/customer service experience is an advantage.
