We are seeking a Contract Specialist to manage leasing-related contract activities, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, and oversee the full contract lifecycle, including tenant coordination and contractual follow-ups.
This role has a strong focus on leasing operations, Ejar system management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and contract execution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage leasing operations, including contract documentation and registration through the Ejar system.

Identify and engage potential tenants interested in leasing within the property.

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and present key value propositions to support leasing decisions.

Maintain continuous communication with tenants throughout the lease term to monitor status and resolve issues.

Oversee tenant applications, leasing documents, and approval processes.

Explain lease terms, rental values, payment schedules, and contractual obligations to tenants.

Prepare and issue official correspondence, notices, and warnings in a legally compliant manner to protect company interests.

Guide and support leasing team activities to ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Organize and lead meetings with the leasing team to address challenges and define action plans.

Support on-the-job training for leasing staff to improve efficiency and performance.

Enter and maintain tenant and contract data using Yardi, Microsoft Excel, or other required systems.

Collect and archive tenant documentation and maintain both digital and physical records when required.

Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure tenant needs are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.

3–5 years of experience in contract management or leasing (real estate / commercial leasing preferred).
